“My name is Elisha and I work for Mobility Management Partners for over 4 years now. I’m currently working for the company as a Travel Training Supervisor and started my employment as a Transportation Mobility Trainer. Within two years of employment, I was promoted to team lead and in a short time after, I’ve became supervisor. In my role, I teach individuals who have various disabilities how to use public transportation safely and independently. I provide training that is tailored to my clients needs. At the end of training, they are able to demonstrate the skills that were taught weekly and apply them for future transit use. The most rewarding part of my job is helping my clients gain the confidence & skills needed to continue using public transit independently.
