What Services does our Call Center provide?
Since 2016, in collaboration with Access Services, Mobility Management Partners, Inc, has assisted over 125,264 customers with the following:
- Post Eligibility follow up calls:
MMP performs outbound calls to applicants who recently completed their ADA certification interview at the Access Eligibility Center located in Los Angeles County. Calls include questions designed to provide valuable feedback and “real time” results regarding the customer experience during the certification process. During the call, we offer available alternative transportation options, other information about using ACCESS paratransit services and if interested, how to participate in the Access/MMP Travel Training program.
- Mobility Management calls: Beginning in 2018, Access requested that MMP complete Mobility Management calls to Access customers who are seeking assistance with finding alternative transportation options. Whether the clients are in the process of applying for Access, not eligible, have suspended services, do not live in the service area, or are experiencing other transit-related situations, MMP provides comprehensive support in providing each client with applicable transportation options.
- Medi-Cal calls: MMP completes outbound calls providing information to eligible Medi-Cal members who may qualify for free transportation to medical-related activities.
- COVID-19 calls: During the pandemic, in partnership with the ACCESS team, MMP provided the community with up-to-date information on Covid-19 testing and vaccination locations, assisting callers with locations, hours and how to set up appointments.
